Chapter 1 History Project
Part 1
Pick either A or B option and do that using everything you learned about the topic. Please use your notes both the written ones and photocopied ones to help you. To earn extra marks you may use the textbook and other library books to help you.
To start either A or B you should create thought webs about each topic to help you write about them.
Option A
Write at least one paragraph about each topic telling me what you learned. You may write more than one paragraph if you have lots of information. Each paragraph should have a title.
or
Option B
Write 3 good long sentences about each topic telling me what you learned. Then draw a picture to go with each topic.

• Did you or someone else proofread your final
copy?
• Are there errors in your work?
10 Marks
Neatness
• Is it neatly written (handwriting or printing)
• Titles underlined
• Pictures drawn and coloured neatly

Organization
• Topics have titles, nice layout to pictures
and paragraphs, your name and class is
included somewhere on your project

Definitions
• 1 mark for each correct definition
