Wednesday Sept 12th

Reading - We read the play "The Boy Who Wanted the Willies" as a class. Students then had to write a summary of the story on their own

Poetry - We did a diamante poem again and a cinquain poem. Students were to write these poems into their poetry booklets

Science - We looked at what topics we were going to study this year and created a title page for our duotang

History - In groups students read a page about First Nation groups and then created a summary of the information for the class. Students then presented the information they found and wrote.

Math - We learned about Multiples and Least Common Multiples

Geography - We read about place and location in the textbook and then learned about Longitude and Latitude
